Registration privacy

We collect only the information needed to manage event attendance: an adult or guardian’s name and email address, party size, the event selected, and your consent choices.

How we use your information

Your email address is used to confirm your registration and send essential changes or reminders for that event. We send news about other NEA Big Read Lawton programs only when you separately select the optional series updates checkbox.

Children’s information

Please do not submit a child’s name or email address. An adult or guardian should complete the registration and provide their own contact information.

Storage and access

Registration submissions are stored by Netlify and may be copied to a private Google Sheet that is accessible only to authorized program staff. We do not sell registration information. Records are retained only as long as needed to administer the program and satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or remove your registration information, or withdraw your permission for optional series emails, by contacting arts@lawtonok.gov.
